Jeff Phrasing

The Jeff Phrasingopen in new window system is an add-on dictionary that allows you to type common phrases. It comes as a python dictionary you can add to Plover. It also comes as an option in Javelin Embedded Steno.

Jeff phrasing has simple starters or full starters. Both starters can be combined with the verbs.
